FAQS ON PLACING AN ORDER AND THE BUYING PROCESS

  What happens after I submit the order to you?  
  After you submit the Order form, we will review your order detail & make sure all the information is accurate and complete. We will contact you to confirm that order is from the Valid source and also in case we need additional information or clarification from your side.

Depending upon the Insurance Company Plan you have selected, We will send you the proposal form as some Insurance Companies may need Photographs & Original Signature before they can issue the Policy.

If you have paid by Credit card and once we have all the required information, we will issue the policy & mail the same to you. If we have any questions or need some additional information we will contact you

You can make payment through the selected mode of payment. Upon Receipt of Proposal form and your payment, Insurance policy will be uploaded and e-mailed to you as soon as possible, normally within 1-3 working Days except for the policies which needs additional documents or medical Tests. A copy shall also be delivered to your address through courier, normally within three working days.

 
     
  Can I cancel the Order or Policy?  
 

You can cancel the Order any time if the policy has not been issued. If you have already made the payment we will fully refund the premium paid by you.

After the policy is issued, you can still cancel the policy and the Insurance company shall allow a refund of premium at company’s short period rate(given below) provided no claim has occurred during the policy period up to cancellation.

  What are the different modes of payment?  
 

Currently there are four modes through which you can make your payment:

  • Credit Card: We can accept payment using Visa and Master Card only if no Medical tests are required.


  • Cash: You can pay the premium amount in cash. Within Delhi, we can get the cash collected from your address.


  • Cheque: You can make a cheque for the premium amount and courier it to us on the address mentioned in the order form. Within Delhi we can get the cheque collected from your address. The amount and payee details are mentioned in the form.


  • Demand Draft: You can make a draft for the premium amount and courier it to us on the address mentioned in the order form. Within Delhi we can get the draft collected from your address. The amount and payee details are mentioned in the form.

Note: Payment by Cheque is required to claim the income tax benefit on the premium paid under section 80D of the Income Tax Act

 
     
  Can I purchase insurance over the phone?  
  We would advise you to fill in the Order form to avoid any miscommunication of information. However you can always call our customer care executives in case you require any information or clarification regarding your policy or order form.  
     
  In how many days will I get the policy?  
  We will e-mail you the policy within 1-3 Business Days, provided all the requirements are fulfilled. A copy of the policy shall also be sent to you through courier which shall reach you within three working days (within India).  
     
  Do you charge any fees or commission for your services?  
  No, we do not charge any fees from clients. We are paid brokerage by the Insurance Companies.
