If you have selected the instant policy and paying by credit card, Policy will be issued online. You can print and save the .pdf file of policy immediately.
For all other policy e.g. e-policy, Paper Policy etc, after you submit the Order form, we will review your order detail & make sure all the information is accurate and complete. We will contact you to confirm that order is from the Valid source and also in case we need additional information or clarification from your side. If you have paid by Credit card and we have all the required information, we will issue the policy & mail the same to you. If we have any questions or need some additional information we will contact you immediately If you decided to pay by other mode of payments other than the credit card, we will issue the policy & mail the same to you upon receipt of payment. Your policy will be uploaded and e-mailed to you as soon as possible, normally within 2-4 working hours except for the policies which needs additional documents or medical Tests. A copy shall also be delivered to your address through courier, normally within three working days. |

| Can I cancel the Order or Policy? | ||||||||||||||||||||||

You can cancel the Order any time, if the policy has not been issued. Once the policy is issued, policy can be cancelled before the travel start date with no additional documents. If you have already made the payment we will fully refund the premium paid by you.
If you wanted to cancel your policy after the Travel Start Date, you need to show the Original passport to cancel the policy. This is required to validate that you have not left the country during this period. Please check refund and cancellation policy displayed along with each plan, as this varies from company to company. |

| We would advise you to fill in the Order form to avoid any miscommunication of information. However you can always call our customer care executives in case you require any information or clarification regarding your policy or order form. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| How soon will I get the policy? | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Delivery time of the policy depends upon the insurance Plan you have selected. Here are the estimated delivery Times*
If Medical tests are required for any policy, Insurance Company approval is required to issue the policy. It generally takes 1-2 Business Days to issue the policy after we receive the Medical Test Reports from you.
A copy of the policy shall also be sent to you through courier which shall reach you within three working days (within India). *Disclaimer: Delivery time quoted above are valid in normal business conditions. | Issue with Credit Card Payment? | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| If for some reason your Credit Card/Debit payment fail to process, you don't need to submit the order again. Please check your e-mail account for a mail from Insurance Pandit with Order number. You can use this order number to Track your Order and make the payment again. You can also Track your order under customer support box in the home page and try to make payment again.
If you are facing issue with Debit Card Payment, Please note that we currently only accept Visa Debit Card issued only from SBI bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC bank debit cards & Netsafe Cards, Axis Bank, DB KYB, Corp Bank, Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) or Kotak (Net Card). Sometime e-mail is delivered to junk mail box in your e-mail account. If you don't get the e-mail with Order number, in that case you have to re-submit the order. |

| Do you charge any fees or commission for your services? | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| No, we do not charge any fees from clients. We are paid brokerage by the Insurance Companies. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
