Procedure for Cashless Claims

Cashless claims can be made in any of our network hospitals across the country. On production of the Star Health ID card at the hospital reception, a request is sent by the hospital for authorization of the treatment and expenses thereof subject to the terms & conditions. How to make intimation in case of an admission?


In case of an emergency admission, Star Health has to be intimated within 24 hours of the accident / illness / hospitalization. Intimation can be given either through the Call Centre / 24 hr helpline / Marketing Executive / nearest office of Star Health. Please mention the Star Health ID number for easy reference.
