Exclusion
Loss or damage resulting in respect of:
- Fire and Special perils as per regulation
- War and nuclear perils
- Overload experiments conducted or deviation from norms
- Gradually developing flaws, defects, cracks, partial fractures
- Wear and tear
- Failure of individual tubes unless resulting in explosion or collapse
- Manufacturing Defect or supplier or repairer is responsible
- Willful act / willful damage / gross negligence
- Consequential losses
- Losses due to breakdown
